About Reservation
Please fill out the Google form and agree to the terms of service. Include your name, email, date of birth, and gender. There is also a questionnaire asking for details about your OCD. Please provide as much detail as you can. And click "Send" for reservations. Due to time zone differences, kindly contact us at least two days before.
You will then receive an email with payment instructions from GO-EN. The first session is free!

Once you complete and submit the form, I will email you the Zoom meeting ID. We can then discuss when scheduling our initial trial session will be best.
